We Didn't Build Bizzity in a Lab.
We Built It in the Trenches.
Born from real sales frustrations, built by someone who lived them every day.
The Origin Story
Every great company, or Marvel movie, has an origin story. Here's ours. While the rest of the world spent the lockdown picking up sourdough and pelotons, our founder Ed was stuck in a different loop: wrestling with proposal software that couldn't do the job. Wrong totals on previews ($14,000 deals showing as $1,400). Updates that wiped out formatting. Sales tax handled like an afterthought. Long lists of promised fixes that quietly never shipped, one vendor delivered 3 of 12 promised improvements over 18 months.
So Ed did what any reasonable database/CRM/PSA veteran with too much free time would do: he stopped complaining and started building. Bizzity began as the proposal tool he wished existed, then grew into something bigger, CRM, marketing automation, dashboards, workflow, and a few patent-pending tricks along the way, all designed for MSPs and IT service providers who are tired of duct-taping six platforms together.
Two years and one fantastic team later (the "we" you'll keep hearing about), Bizzity runs on a few stubborn rules: always help the customer, ship software that works, ship software that works fast, do what you say when you say it, and share the screen early and often. While other people were making babies during Covid, we made Bizzity, and we're just getting started.
